The Office Expert’s Help Desk Remote Assistance package is for people who know exactly what they want but have no idea how to achieve it.

Our Help Desk Remote Assistance is available in four options: 30mins, 60mins or 3hrs support packages. These packages have a life span of one month. This means that your Help Desk Remote Assistance package will expire 1mth from it’s date of purchase. Please be sure to schedule any work to use up your credit at least 1wk prior to your package’s expiry date. Or you could purchase another support package and we’ll add your remaining credit to your current package. Choose from any of our Help Desk support packages including: Phone Support, Email Files, Remote Assistance or On-Site Visit.

Your Help Desk Remote Assistance credit can be redeemed during business office hours between M – F. There may be a queue so please be patient with us. We look forward to assisting you soon.

As this is a brand new product, we will eventually offer direct purchase of this product through our website.
