The Office Expert’s Help Desk Phone Support packages are great for people who are fairly proficient in their work however they just need to ask an expert how to do something once in a while.

Our Help Desk Phone Support packages are available in four convenient options: 15min, 30min, 60min and 3hr support packages. These packages have a life span of 1mth. This means that your Help Desk Phone Support package will expire 1mth from it’s date of purchase. Please be sure to schedule any work to use up your credit at least 1wk prior to your package’s expiry date. Or you could purchase another support package and we’ll add your remaining credit to your current package. Choose from any of our Help Desk support packages including: Phone Support, Email Files, Remote Assistance or On-Site Visit.

Your Help Desk Phone Support credit can be redeemed during business office hours (9am – 5pm) between M – F. There may sometimes be a queue when you call so please be patient with us. We may need to schedule a call back to service your request.

As this is a brand new product, we will eventually offer direct purchase of this product through our website.
