This instructional video details the steps necessary to stop spam at the roots. If you repeat these steps, it will eventually get spammers deregistered, suspended and/or blacklisted.
Unlike creating filters to block spam, this method kills spam from its roots. Once the domain is suspended, this method guarantees permanent eradication of any further emails from the spamming domain . It can be a lengthy process, so exercise patience, as it may require several reportings of spam from the offending domain, but it is most definitely worthwhile.
This example outlines how to report spam to the Registrar “GoDaddy”. This means that the offending domain owner registered their domain through the Registrar “GoDaddy”. Once spam is reported to GoDaddy, they will inspect the activity of the offending domain owner. If the activity is found to be suspicious, they will send them a warning. If several warnings have already been issued without result, the domain owner may be suspended. We also demonstrate how to retrieve a spam email’s “Message Headers” (which all Registrars will request when reporting spam email) through Microsoft Outlook.
